What is T Circle?

A friendly community group, born in 2003 from WI, which began in the villages in 1926.

Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month in the Community Hall at 7.30p.m.

Most of our meetings involve a speaker on a serious or not-so-serious topic, followed by cake, a cup of coffee or tea and socialising.

T Circle in 2025 had a memorable mix of speakers on serious topics such as Tools with a Mission and Strength and Balance exercises, to entertainment with the musical ladies of Da Capo. Plus, crafting with Pennickity Pots, as well as garden light decorating with Debbie.

We also have outings, games evenings, January Soup and Sweet lunch and Christmas Meal.

The Circle is open to adults of all ages and anyone can join.  The membership subscription is £20 per annum. We do charge a nominal visitor’s fee of £3.50 for those who would like to come along for a ‘taster’ session or to one of our open for all comers’ meetings.

Details of planned events can be found in The Link and Facebook posts on Hintlesham and Chattisham Noticeboard.
